Full-Service Visual Inspection, Interior and Exterior

We offer a complementary internal and external property walk through to prepare a scheduled inspection and list of services to be performed while you are away. Inspections are customized and will be adjusted according to your needs and requests

• Run water in all bathroom tubs, showers, sinks, flush toilets, brush toilet bowl.
• Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine, check kitchen appliances
• Check under all sinks, for signs of water leaks, paying close attention for unusual smells, sounds, mold, or moisture
• Check ceilings for signs of water damage
• Watch for signs of pests or insect infestation
• Check thermostats, document temperature adjust as needed
• Check garage, gates, doors, and windows to ensure property is secure
• Remove flyers, newspapers, and debris from front entry way
• Monitor pool/spa, landscaping (weeds/maintenance), storm cleanup, or damage to meet HOA requirements
• Additional services as requested

Partial Service Visual Inspection,  Exterior  Only

• Check gates, fence line and all doors & windows to ensure all is secure
• Watch for external structure damage
• Check faucets for leaks
• Monitor trees, bushes, and plants to ensure ample water for growth
• Look for sighs of pest and insect infestation
• Visual ground inspection of the roof

• Vendor Access & Repair Management: We will oversee house cleaning, pool and lawn services, pest control, carpet cleaning,  or other services that may require oversight, when you are away.
• Errands & Groceries: Shopping and light errands prior to arrival or departure.
