Full-Service Visual Inspection, Interior and Exterior
We offer a complementary internal and external property walk through to prepare a scheduled inspection and list of services to be performed while you are away. Inspections are customized and will be adjusted according to your needs and requests
- Run water in all bathroom tubs, showers, sinks, flush toilets, brush toilet bowl.
- Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine, check kitchen appliances
- Check under all sinks, for signs of water leaks, paying close attention for unusual smells, sounds, mold, or moisture
- Check ceilings for signs of water damage
- Watch for signs of pests or insect infestation
- Check thermostats, document temperature adjust as needed
- Check garage, gates, doors, and windows to ensure property is secure
- Remove flyers, newspapers, and debris from front entry way
- Monitor pool/spa, landscaping (weeds/maintenance), storm cleanup, or damage to meet HOA requirements
- Additional services as requested
Partial Service Visual Inspection, Exterior Only
- Check gates, fence line and all doors & windows to ensure all is secure
- Watch for external structure damage
- Check faucets for leaks
- Monitor trees, bushes, and plants to ensure ample water for growth
- Look for sighs of pest and insect infestation
- Visual ground inspection of the roof

SafeHouse Property Services provides regular interior & exterior inspections – prompt updates & issue notifications at the end of each visit. We offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits. Enjoy your time away, knowing your home is in safe-hands.

- Vendor Access & Repair Management: We will oversee house cleaning, pool and lawn services, pest control, carpet cleaning, or other services that may require oversight, when you are away.
