My name is Debra Hubbard, I am the owner and founder of SafeHouse Property Services.
I came back to Arizona in late 2016 and bought my home in East Mesa. I have always loved all the desert has to offer and I am happy to be back.

I started SafeHouse Property Services based on an experience that happened in October 2023, when I took a 2-week vacation in Europe. In my absence, my neighbors were watching my house, watering potted plants on the patio, and keeping an eye on things for me.

The morning we left I asked my guest to close the drain to the bathtub after she showered, to prevent sewer smells. She closed the drain but accidentally left the water dripping. When we arrived back to my home, 2-weeks later, the water was cresting the tub and was about to overflow. I had recently finished a remodel that included all new flooring and baseboards, that were replaced as a result of a previous water leak. I got lucky.

I can speak from direct experience, and with confidence that neighbors are a great second layer but are not always the right choice to inspect your home, because they aren’t trained to look for issues before they begin. Good intentions do not always produce the best results.  We are here when you need us.
